bOpen.ai is the open-source toolkit brand of Open Protocol Labs, Inc. It publishes plugins, portable skills, specialist agents, and hooks for agentic coding tools. The catalog lists supported runtimes, installation options, and capabilities for each package. Portable skills use the open SKILL.md standard.
The catalog is free and open source. Open Protocol Labs curates and hosts it, and publishes its first-party tooling at github.com/b-open-io. Community plugins and vendored skills retain their upstream provenance on each catalog entry.
Kurt Wuckert Jr. and Luke Rohenaz, known as Satchmo, co-founded bOpen. The GitHub organization and @bOpen_AI account belong to Open Protocol Labs.
